I was with my two young children and pregnant. The first room did not have power and it had roaches. I asked for a second room. The second room had NO linens, blankets or pillows. The toilet was clogged and overflowed. A man tried to follow me and my children in my room. I went back to the front desk and asked for a refund and was told to go through the booking company which I did. The booking company requested from the hotel that I get a refund but I still had to stay a night at this horrendous hotel because I was stranded with my kids and the hotel refused to give me my money back (until the manager was in to review my request) I could not book with a different hotel because they already took the money needed for a hotel. I spoke with the manager a day later in persin and she said that she will "definately refund me but it takes up to 10 business days? I would still like my refund and it has been over a week.
