Negatives: Property was very run down if I hadn’t already paid for the reservation I would’ve left immediately. I had 2 small children with me and you could hear people yelling about having a gun I had to hide my kids in the bathroom to make sure they wouldn’t get hurt

Negatives: Everything, unsafe for my daughter

Negatives: Everything. Nothing good about this place

Negatives: There was no workable television in the room. There was no Internet as advertised. There were no towels in the room. I had to retrieve them myself. It was extremely dark as the only lamp had no bulb. The odor of the previous 100 guests was unpleasant. Never again!

Negatives: We did not stay there. We did not check in. We asked for a refund immediately. When we pulled up to the motel, it was completely discussing covered with drug addicts. Prostitution and nothing like the pictures on booking.com. This was false advertisement at its best booking.com and rodeway, and put us in a unsafe environment. Install armor, even though we did not stay. There claimed we were acting belligerent towards them when all we did was ask for A. Refund from the hotel and booking.com. You guys illegally store our money. Even though we said we would pay cash, you still charged our card and we didn't even stick Hey there. Who would stay there? It's completely dangerous.

Negatives: Alot to say.. everything and we didn't get our money back. We didn't even stay the night. But no refund

Negatives: I was with my two young children and pregnant. The first room did not have power and it had roaches. I asked for a second room. The second room had NO linens, blankets or pillows. The toilet was clogged and overflowed. A man tried to follow me and my children in my room. I went back to the front desk and asked for a refund and was told to go through the booking company which I did. The booking company requested from the hotel that I get a refund but I still had to stay a night at this horrendous hotel because I was stranded with my kids and the hotel refused to give me my money back (until the manager was in to review my request) I could not book with a different hotel because they already took the money needed for a hotel. I spoke with the manager a day later in persin and she said that she will "definately refund me but it takes up to 10 business days? I would still like my refund and it has been over a week.
