They gave me a room that had the door openend and the bed was used. I cancelled my reservation at front desk at that moment. I am still waiting for my refund.

Property was very run down if I hadn’t already paid for the reservation I would’ve left immediately. I had 2 small children with me and you could hear people yelling about having a gun I had to hide my kids in the bathroom to make sure they wouldn’t get hurt

There was no Internet as advertised. There were no towels in the room. I had to retrieve them myself. It was extremely dark as the only lamp had no bulb.
The odor of the previous 100 guests was unpleasant. Never again!

We did not stay there. We did not check in. We asked for a refund immediately. When we pulled up to the motel, it was completely discussing covered with drug addicts. Prostitution and nothing like the pictures on booking.com. This was false advertisement at its best booking.com and rodeway, and put us in a unsafe environment. Install armor, even though we did not stay. There claimed we were acting belligerent towards them when all we did was ask for A. Refund from the hotel and booking.com. You guys illegally store our money. Even though we said we would pay cash, you still charged our card and we didn't even stick Hey there. Who would stay there? It's completely dangerous.
