Breakfast awesome, staff very friendly and considerate. They were kind to accommodate my pet, even though extra charges.
Negatives:
very thin walls made it tough to sleep both night and daytime catch up nap. Extra pay for pet was unfair -- a refundable deposit would be understandable. I was in room with 2 double beds and it looked like two adults in that room was the same as one adult....but to have to pay extra money for animal likely to sleep on floor...?

Breakfast person worked hard to ensure the area stayed clean and food fresh. She paid attention to detail- every time someone dropped stuff on the lid of the trash can she cleaned it. The waffle area was consistently freshened up.
The front desk were introverts. Thomas the manager was GREAT!
Negatives:
the room staff did not check the bathroom amenities. The moisturizer (which is needed in the area) was out the first 5 days i was staying here. The coffee was replenished 2 out of 5 days with regular coffee. The pot cleaned once.

Shower in room 123 in the morning had no hot water, lukewarm at best. Staff said they would address it for us.
