We stayed for two nights, When we came back to our room the second day in the evening our room had not been cleaned, or clean towels put in the bathroom. The staff had no idea what happened

The hotel is located close to the shops and restaurants. We had a king suite that was very nice, it had two bathrooms. The hotel has a restaurant on site, and there is a great restaurant across the street. Parking is free and close.

You have to get someone to operate the elevator. However, they never seemed bothered when you request to use it.

We love the Hassayampa Inn. This is our third time staying here I love their glass lounge and music on the weekends. Plus great food and drinks. We had a room suite and it was quite nice and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again...
