I liked how they had a very beautiful courtyard for our dog to run around in.. there was a small bar and an awesome area for breakfast. I seen that they also had a barber shop area. And a weight room. Very neat. I also liked that the hallway was so large it had a couch to relax. And visit with others or wait for laundry to wash and dry.
Negatives:
There wasn't really anything I liked. Everything was amazing especially staying during a snow storm. It just felt so comfy and cozy.

Indoor pool & hot tub were clean
Negatives:
Incompetent lazy staff. 1st room dirty, empty dispensers, end hallway by emer exit w parking lot patio. Told 2nd floor full, then given room. Playpen sent w no sheet, no extra pillows, no towel racks in rm & only 3 towels. Told no high chairs, 3 on site.

Need upgrade in bed
