Positives:
Facility is clean and easy to get to. Staff was mostly pleasant and helpful. Glad to have access to laundry room.
Negatives:
There was construction like noise throughout Friday evening. Thankfully we brought ear plugs otherwise we would not have slept. When asked at the front desk we were told there were no other complaints from other guests. Meaning what? Since we're the only ones then we don't have a valid complaint? No solution offered. Thankfully that was our last night.
We wanted ice during our stay and when I called the frontdesk they advised the in-room freezer could make ice if we move the lever. So we did and we were told we would have ice in 20mins. After over an hour and a half I called the front desk again to be told to walk downstairs to get ice from them since the freezer did not produce ice.

Close to Courthouse square where we enjoyed the Bluegrass Festival! We've been staying here for many years and like the fact the room has a kitchenette and is sort of apartment like, which means lots of coziness and room to kick back and enjoy the evenings!
