We stayed in room 115. Its industrial and not like the photos advertised. We could hear all the outside noise and cars going by. Spa is not next to the bed facing the tv like the photos show. Room is dark gray and dingy. Parking is not free. This was suppose to be a romantic and relaxing getaway and it was the complete opposite. Not worth almost $400 for one night.

Uncomfortable, like a cheap motel...
Positives:
Nice hotel and staff, it was booked for us by a 3rd party as we were going to the Phoenix Open. We arrived a day early, so I booked an extra night.
Negatives:
To be honest, the nightclub district directly opposite is extremely noisy till 3am, but I had ear plugs, so all good. If you are really fussy about noise may not be for you.
