Negatives: Our bathroom shower drain was full of long hair. The hotel took pending payments off both my mine and my husbands credit cards. Staff seemed to find it difficult to correct.

Positives: The room was clean and had a nice bathroom. The receptionist indicated that it got noisy across the street because of clubs but I did not notice abnormal noise levels while I was there.

Negatives: The breakfast service was a bit unusual. You had to stand in line to request the items you wanted for breakfast. Also the bed in the room was noisy and, apparently, not very comfortable for me. I did not sleep well the entire time I was there.

Negatives: Pool area: wooden lounge chairs with NO cushions! Spending time at the pool was torture! On line Photos showed a lovely waterfall but there was no working waterfall. Charging $10 to park at an unsecured outside lot.
