It had a very late check in and the line was super long, we didnt get into our hotel until about 6pm and it just felt like the whole day was gone before we got in. Check in on my first email said 3pm then the second email said 4pm.

The room was spacious. They had a nice bar for enjoying cocktails in the evening. The weather did not cooperate, so we were not able to take advantage of the pool area.

Room was very dirty. Towels were on the floor and hand soap was opened and in the shower, used when we arrived.

We got the standard room at a reasonable price, and it is only worth that price. The resort is older than I thought, the room also needed a lot of maintenance. Theres no heating only AC, room was freezing. The shower leaked water the whole time.

The room is grimy, the doors don't close, the rooms weren't cleaned (we had fried rice on our floor, not even under the couch). The whole hotel needs an upgrade. To charge $30 a day for resort fee, and have motel rooms is shameful. The beds were so poor.

Room smelled like cigarettes. Cleaning staff removed my wine water and bananas thinking I was checked out and not returning even though my luggage was there? I was also charged well over the total price I agreed to.
