Negatives: The facility was too spread out. I checked in around 10:00pm and had to walk all around the property to get to my room.. At first when I got off the elevator, I went in the wrong direction. Then once I went in the right direction, I found the facility confusing and difficult to navigate in the dark. Not enough light. Also, I walked right through a rather large puddle of water that pooled on the walkway. Not a nice feeling

Negatives: Double queen rooms need bathtub updates

Negatives: room was very very old totally needed updating water completely all over the floor when taking a shower vanity leaning forward (being held up by L bracket as a bandaid) and water going onto floor when washing your face This hotel room needs to be gutted. Would stay somewhere else if I can next time

Negatives: Valet was never available during my 4 night stay. I was maybe able to valet ONE time with the bellhop. Two times one of the front desk employees valet my car. One of those time when I wanted to head out the front desk clerk just gave me my keys and I had to go into the blocked off valet area to grab my own vehicle. This was not at late hours, I was trying to valet usually from 10AM to 5PM. Very disappointed in the hotel offering valet but could never actually follow through with using it. Especially for close to $400 a night. Housekeeping did not do daily walkthroughs. After my first night I called the front desk 5 TIMES each time the employee saying housekeeping will come through. On my second night again housekeeping did not come through. After calling and asking again they finally sent someone to just drop off towels and take trash. Thats it, this was also at 7pm on my 3rd night. Housekeeping did finally come through on my 4th night and made the bed, cleaned, new towels, etc, but I was checking out the early morning after. I would not recommend anyone to stay here especially for almost $400 a night for a mildly decent room. I’ve stayed in way cheaper hotels with much better service. Come to think of it this might be the first and only time I’ve stayed at a Hilton hotel. I originally had a second reservation to come back the following week for another 5 nights, I’ve cancelled that reservation now and I am going back to a Marriott based hotel.
