Pools were layed out for easy access and a nice spread of people. There was also a friendly poolside bar available. Room cleaning did a nice job. Easy room access without having to go through a large main lobby.
Though the room looked fairly nice, it was VERY musty and hard to get over the smell. Needs a very deep cleaning throughout (lobby smelled strongly of smoker must). I would not consider this a "resort", more like a nicer end motel.
The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and up to date. The common spaces were well maintained and clean. Location was in good proximity to old town scottsdale as well as nearby convenience stores (Walmart, Safeway, CVS)
The fact that there were no signs suggesting face masks be worn for the protection of others.
Location and exterior. With nice sized rooms! IÂ've stayed before at bounce tree and food menu in restaurant pool and bar was so much better. Flat bread Pizza was not good at all( cheese was not even melted.
Lots of bees and bugs at big pool. Waterfalll off,The towels at pool area were nasty, rough, and felt like they came from a car wash! Remodeled inside with coffee bar was not open at all when we were there. Had to drive to get bagel and latte.
Location and size of the room
The mosquito control by the hotel stuff is nonexistent. They donÂ't treat the property against mosquitos and I had so many in my room that it was impossible to fall asleep. Also, the staff wasnÂ't willing to help me transfer to another Hilton location
Close to everything youÂ'd ever need in Scottsdale. IÂ'm talking 5-10 mins. Beautiful rooms and location.
Nope all great
The bellman, he was nice upon arrival and during transporting to nearby restaurant.
We ordered food pool side which took an extremely long time, the waitress kept apologizing saying sheÂ's new and the manager kept wanting to talk to her. The power went out for hours and no assistance from hotel.
Location. Room was comfortable and clean.
Property was extremely dirty. Rugs, furniture, walk ways.. concrete - amenities were unnecessarily unavailable. Very disappointed.
-The staff was not friendly -the shuttle didnÂ't run during the week and the restaurant wasnÂ't open either -there wasnÂ't enough lounge chairs by the pools. I
The location was in the heart of Scottsdale, easy to find. The grounds were very pretty, the room was clean. My favorite part was the balcony overlooking the palm trees and pool
No food services were not available, the pools were very crowded and not enough seating. No free shuttle to and from the airport. They offer a driver for $40 + tip each way which was an option.
The room location- had no view. Very noisy neighbors.
Friendliness of staff
First room we received smelled like mildew and dirty feet. So we were given a new room which had a broken a/c and we had no heat. We were freezing all night and had to double up blankets and sleep on one bed instead of sleeping in our own queen beds.
When I first walked into the room, I noticed leaves and dirty footprints in the entry. My first night in the room someone tried to break into my hotel room, they were kicking the door aggressively to break the lock. It was terrifying
It was nice and quiet, and the personal view from our arcadia door, was great, a nice place for us to have our coffee and breakfast.
There is not enough parking, especially for the disabled, as we had to park at least 100 yards away from the entrance to our room. Also, the refrigeration unit sounded like a diesel engine that was idling, all night long, and during the day. I
There were bunch of ants in the room. I called the front desk they came sprayed some bug spray. Woke up ants walking on me. Never had this kinda experince. I did take pics to actually prove.
