Luckily, the check-in person accommodated me with a room closer to jackrabbit Road. I had a medical procedure at 6:30 in the morning so I was unable to have transportation from your Shuttle because no one works that early. I walked to the location and took my luggage with me. Two of the lamps in the room did not work. It was no clock in the room, trash cans were a bit bizarre with two buckets so I was supposed to start trash? Beautiful facility, and extremely large.

Loved the location so close to downtown and they have a shuttle there and back that is a great amenity. Pools are very nice, but definitely not enough chairs or loungers. There were often no seats and people put belongings on chairs and were gone for hours. Beds were not very comfortable and had a hard time getting housekeeping but front desk staff was outstanding. Used fitness room a lot. Loved the outdoor eating area and good food options onsite. Loved the fact they had bottled water and great cookies as a treat for guests!

We had a hard time getting housekeeping even every other day. We had to call for more towels as they didn’t show up. Beds were not very comfortable and were low to the ground. Had to call to get lawn chairs to sit on patio as none were there. Both pools were always full and no loungers available late morning. Definitely need more loungers for guests to enjoy pool.

The facility was too spread out. I checked in around 10:00pm and had to walk all around the property to get to my room.. At first when I got off the elevator, I went in the wrong direction. Then once I went in the right direction, I found the facility confusing and difficult to navigate in the dark. Not enough light. Also, I walked right through a rather large puddle of water that pooled on the walkway. Not a nice feeling
