Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 8 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: The grounds are beautiful! We were lucky enough to be staying during Christmas at the Princess. All the Christmas lights and activities (including 2 ice rinks) made it a must stay in the month of December.

Positives: The property is gorgeous and the amenities are very nice. We were there over their Christmas at the Princess and the light show was the best I have ever seen.

Negatives: When we arrived our complimentary water cartons were empty. We had to call twice to get them replaced. The spa didn’t offer day passes to use their amenities so my husband wasn’t able to meet me there after his round of golf. If you want to use the spa you have to make an apt for one of their expensive services.
