Beautiful property, nice pool and bar area.
This place had one of the best breakfast I have been in US, usually most of the places offering fake junk food and plastic cup’s. I would love to have great breakfast everywhere I go . I’m form Europe and I use to the good quality breakfast especially for 4+* hotels and resorts. I don’t care if it’s more expensive because it is important!

none of the phones are manned. After an exhausting trip in, I ordered room service. Two hours later, I still haven’t received it, I called the front desk, room service, the concierge, housekeeping, no one answered any of the lines. I know it was a busy weekend.

The floor was extremely dirty; our feet were black. The tile was broken and our kids could have cut their feet on it. There was no hot water in the kitchen or bar. The beds were so worn out we could feel the metal bars. And lastly the shower heads shot water everywhere.

Location was perfect but a bit overpriced. Did not use the breakfast buffet which was truly overpriced at $26.00 per person - similar buffet that is offered in many chains for free.

Pricing could have been more reasonable - I understand they have to pay for the overheads etc. but the room was no different than any Fairfield or holiday inn.

There was somebodoy smoking in an adjacent room, and the smoke was coming in my room through the bathroom exhaust fan. I complaint about it but and I was told that nothing can be done about it. Not fair for a customer who pays $400. for a room, I could have get the same results by staying in a motel six.
