Positives: Pleasant staff. Good looking hotel. Clean and bright. Good location for Stadium and Old Town.

Negatives: Was called a suite but doors between bedroom and sitting room has a full door glass panel. So no privacy between rooms and couldn't watch TV in sitting room while companion was asleep - too much light. No fan in enclosed bathroom. Very damp after shower.

Negatives: Been to many Holiday Inn /Express facilities and normally impressed. This particular one failed in quality which was a total surprise/disapointment based upon my previous experiences and the price for this one. The furniture needed an update and replaced.

Positives: Location, location, location. If you are going to Scottsdale Stadium, look no farther. We walked to Old Town for dinner and drinks which saved money on Uber. Beds are comfy. We slept well. Quiet location.

Negatives: The styrofoam plates given at breakfast cannot be transferred to the microwave in the room. Rooms need a bit of an overhaul. When we came here before there was complimentary happy hour and also a complimentary shuttle within Old Town. Neither of those things are available any longer. This place is also rather expensive for being a chain hotel. No guide on the television so you had to go channel by channel to find something to watch.

Positives: The staff is great. They helped me with an unexpected parking fee. Thank you. The location is quiet at night, and is a convenient walk to Scottsdale Stadium and to Old Scottsdale.

Negatives: The included breakfast is the typical, just passable fare. The facility needs serious attention. Carpeting needs a cleaning, especially in the stairwells. Bugs in the light fixtures. Rusty bathroom vents, peeling wallpaper,dirty walls, and moldy tiles.
