The breakfast was great, although the facilities were quite crowded. The staff was wonderful and very kind and efficient.
Negatives:
Upon arrival, the person at the desk couldn't find my reservation. I was not greeted, and I was made to feel like I was deficient in my responsibility (to make a reservation? I guess so). There was no reassurance from the front desk agent that he would do his best to find it; in short, zero customer-service skills.
There were also kids running up and down the hallways and knocking on doors, mine included, at night. I don't ever expect this type of behavior when I am staying at a hotel.
