Positives:
Staff was nice, except for breakfast staff. The location is good. Overall property was clean except as noted.
Negatives:
View not good, breakfast quality was terrible, microwave in breakfast area filthy. In the past breakfast was better. Bed was filthy but staff was nice about cleaning the room once I brought the situation to their attention. Breakfast staff not nice at all. The room had 2 queen beds. One of the beds was filthy, pictures attached. When I complained they corrected the situation, but I was disgusted. The breakfast was of poor quality. They started to take down the breakfast 15-20 minutes before the stated end time.

We paid for a king sized bed and got a queen, and were told a ridiculous excuse that they have different sized king beds… we also paid for parquet flooring and got old carpet. Definitely didn’t get what we paid for
