Good news! Before Friday, May 10th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Friday, May 10th, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, May 12th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, May 12th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 12, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: WE had a very clean room, much larger than expected. The breakfast each morning was atypical for a hotel breakfast, with an omlette chef, fresh fruit salad that was delicious, potatoes, bacon, etc. I must say that the young man who checked us in from sedona, was excellent. He had a sense of humor, remembered us the following evening and provided amazing customer service! We were delighted with the hotel, great bed, roomy, close to old town so we could walk.
