Bathroom stank of mildew. I found the source and reported and they did nothing. The breakfast was inedible. Absolutely terrible. They charged $10 daily for parking, which was extortion. No more Hyatt hotels for me.

The facility seemed new was neat and clean.
The staff from the front desk to housekeeping was wonderful, nice and friendly.
Negatives:
I was taken aback with the $10 a night parking fee. I don't recall it being mention during the booking process.
Parking fees are not uncommon in dense urban areas where public parking is hard to find , but this hotel is in a suburban area surrounded by office buildings and apartments. This is the only place I visited in Scottsdale and Sedona that charged for parking.

The staff was great, the overall facility was great, I really enjoyed the room I stayed in.
Negatives:
I feel like I over paid for my stay. For what I paid the internet service was poor, for what I paid you would think I would have gotten high speed quality internet. My down load speed was 13mps speed. Anytime I was in my room my cell service was poor as well.

Te bed and pillows were comfortable; employees were nice. Room was clean. NIce big shower. Great location with Starbucks and restaurants within walking distance and easy on and off 101.
Negatives:
Very limited menu at the bar. They say they have a restaurant but that's a big exaggeration. Pizza was great; went back a few days later and they were out and the oven was broken; it stayed broken the week I was there. There is a fridge in room but no micorwave even though they sell frozen foods to microwave. You have to use the one microwave near the bar and carry food back to your room. Parking is expensive. TV had problems and no streaming content.
