There were so many kids on our 2nd floor room playing hockey in the hall way. Very noisy and inconsiderate we were getting on the elevator and this kid cut me off & made me back into my husband making his hot coffee spill all over his hand, clothes, and floor. Just too many bratty lous kids at the pool as well.

The breakfast was the absolute best I've ever had in my 30+ years of traveling for business. The room was very clean, and the bedding was perfect. Parking was inexpensive and convenient.
Negatives:
The artwork in the bathroom was horrible and offensive. I covered it with a towel for the duration of my stay. I cannot imagine who in their right mind would have approved of such a piece in this room. I will not accept another room with this art in place. I would rather move to another hotel entirely if this is in every room. In addition, for the price of the hotel and its reputation, there was not adequate coffee, toilet paper, and no lotion, Q-tips, or shower cap made available in the room. I have never had to request these things from another Hyatt or comparable chain hotel. Also, the frequency of housekeeping was not stated, and we had to request it, which was annoying, since we only had a single set of towels.
