Beautifully decorated for Christmas, the staff was super nice, from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, to the breakfast area staff, they make you feel like a valued guest, always willing to help with a smile on their face.
Negatives:
Some areas look outdated. In general, it looks like a really nice hotel, but a little dated. The beds were not as comfortable as I had expected. Pillows and mattress too soft.

Hotel was a ghost town and they were renovating, and no pool. Only 1 open restaurant. You shouldn't be hosting at this hotel if its on complete renovation.
