Positives: Beautifully decorated for Christmas, the staff was super nice, from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, to the breakfast area staff, they make you feel like a valued guest, always willing to help with a smile on their face.

Negatives: Some areas look outdated. In general, it looks like a really nice hotel, but a little dated. The beds were not as comfortable as I had expected. Pillows and mattress too soft.
