Positives: the room suite for 5 is big & conform and the location are good there are restaurants,mall movie theater nearby

Positives: Location

Negatives: The heater is noisy, so it kept us from sleeping well. The sheets and the couch had big stains on them. The room smelled like smoke. The staff, particularly the gal in charge, was very argumentative when I reported some issues. She was feeding a baby at the time and was defensive, to say the least.
