Positives: Location

Negatives: The heater is noisy, so it kept us from sleeping well. The sheets and the couch had big stains on them. The room smelled like smoke. The staff, particularly the gal in charge, was very argumentative when I reported some issues. She was feeding a baby at the time and was defensive, to say the least.

Positives: The nice receptionist.

Negatives: The carpet in the room smelled. No blanket. Covers were thin. The closet had a dirty comforter handing from the shelf in the closet. The picture on-site is not what it looked like actually.
