Adequate for our one night stay. Nice neighborhood. Room a bit expensive for an older venue.
Positives:
Location to SF Giants spring training games in walking distance with plenty of shopping and restaurants.
Negatives:
No microwave. No refrigerator. No Ice makers. No coffee maker. Customer service at check in was horrible. You get what you pay for. Never again. Spend some more money for another location.

Close walking distance to the mall, very close to old town Scottsdale, breakfast place right next door.

The bed could have been a lil more comfortable. Other than that it was good.

As a european we are not always used to park your car at the 'front door' of your accomodation. With a lot of luggage it's a relief to do so. Distance from airport was perfect.
Negatives:
hotelrooms a very sober, nothing fancy. But ok to have a good night sleep after flying in.
