Negatives: The property was very dated and not very clean. Stains on the sheets(I asked for new ones and remade the bed) . Only one coffee in the room for 2 people for a 2 night stay. The WIFI was terrible. I couldn’t get my phone to connect.

Positives: Staff were friendly, efficient. The room was clean. and comfortable. There is a beautiful walking/biking trail/park right across the street with waterfowl. Safe and pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Accessible shower was great. Refrigerator and microwave in room.

Negatives: It is motel-style accommodation. Noise of neighbors and people walking by is noticeable. You'll need to go somewhere else to get a decent cup of coffee in the morning.
