Location is perfect for spring training games at Salt River Fields and right across the street from Great Wolf Lodge, plus it was less than 10 minutes from the medical building that my wife needed to go for a medical procedure.

I liked the cleanliness of the property and the kindness of the African American gentleman at the front desk in the evenings. He was always so polite and friendly.
Negatives:
Room service did the absolute bare minimum for a light touch up during our stay. Even when asked for services during a certain time period, it was not done. Attitude from the maid wasn’t appreciated either.

Breakfast was great. The suite was very clean and comfortable. We came down to celebrate my youngest son's birthday at Great Wolf Lodge. We were surprised to find a lot of stores behind the hotel!! A cinema too.
