Great location great staff
Nothing was open onsite at 3 pm on a Tuesday. The bar, restaurant, coffee shop and everything else was closed. It’s basically an old motel that they painted.
The pool area
This is a 2 star hotel in need of serious renovation that is being marketed as a 4 star hotel. The renovations that have been done in the rooms are sloppy. They need to hire better quality craftsmen.
Location. Loves the walking distance to Okd Town. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Definitely not 4 stars. Very tired and used looking. Faceplate missing on the wall. Room appeared clean but hallways, stairs and elevator were not. “Balcony†literally was only one foot deep.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was close to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Great hotel, would definitely stay there again.
Could find the ice machine until my last day.
False star level. Not a 4, more like a 2.5. Surprise resort fees at check out.
Was near our place of destination
Shower did not have enough hot water and small refrigerator did not work to keep our drinks cold bc Phoenix was still hot weather outside.
We requested 2 room changes. The 1st one looked like it needed to be gutted and restored. Carpets were pulled away from the wall, extremely dirty and the bed was unstable and creaky. The second room had better carpets, stinky sheets. 3rd room was clean.
The towels were extremely thin and frayed in the first room but when we asked for some replacements, they were thicker and not torn. The pool and hot tub were nice and the staff was very easy to work with.
Location pools fitness size of room
A bit tired looking
