Positives:
The staff was nice, during breakfast on one of the days it sounded like a manager was talking about another guest while we were eating to other staff because the reservations were messed up. I am sure it was some sort of training, I would just be uncomfortable if it was me they were talking about.
Negatives:
The orange juice tasted off, in working in the food industry I felt like it was a cleaning issue I have run into that could be on the inside. I wish there were a towel for the floor getting out of the shower, we had to use a regular one which made it so we were sharing 3 towels over the 3 days we were there. The shower curtain was also not good at keeping the water in which made it wetter getting out. The back patio area was a little unsightly when looking at the fence and landscaping so we didn't use it.

Sedona has a traffic problem which could be resolved by hiring more busses. The bus only picks up every hour and the stops are far apart.

I'm hesitant to give the hotel a 3-star rating, but I must say that the place is quite clean and the staff members are polite and friendly. The room is spacious enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids, as long as you only need it for sleeping. The parking area is large enough to find a space even as late as 11 PM. The open fire pit is a great addition to the hotel, and they sell smores kits at the front desk, which makes for a fun evening activity with the kids. Pets-friendly is also a plus.
Negatives:
Although the breakfast was not satisfactory, there is a great bakery right across the street that offers a wide variety of pastries, coffee, and sandwiches. Very noisy AC unit had to switch it off to sleep well.

The ceiling leaked into the shower from the upstairs bathroom. There was no television remote in the room and we had the front desk bring one. The guest in the room above was walking back and forth very loudly from about 3:30 a.m. until we left our room
