The location is wonderful. Great views from back balcony. Extremely close to the main shopping / entertainment strip, but still a quiet and tranquil location. Good breakfast.

We are used to the villas. The hotel is very nice, however we really enjoy the condos. The room we were in wasnt very accommodating. The thermostat was not working and it took twice to get someone to come fix. The last night we were there, the heat finally worked. (The last person did a great job getting it to work) The shower head spread water all over the floor and we had to order more towels each day to clean it up. It was a handicap room and very accommodating for a disabled person, but we wouldve preferred a regular room. Over a 1000 we wouldve preferred the villas, but my husband and I still enjoyed our time in Sedona.
