I think it was ridiculous to pay for parking. This additional charge is actually not immediately evident on the booking.com site, however it was added to my bill even though the site gave a total on line that did not include the parking. I won't book with Booking.com again.

Availability of breakfast.
Negatives:
1. Room location was in a service corridor on the main floor so noisy from carts rolling along floors.
2. Two requests made of front desk which were not responded to or followed up on. One being a room change for the second night.
3. Surprise service charge for parking which was not in booking details. All other hotels (4) booked in the area had free parking.
4. Had to request assistance to turn jets on for the hot tub from service staff.
5. Front desk/front office staff lacked hospitality skills in a service industry.

Good breakfast, clean facilities, and great location.
Negatives:
I wanted to bathe, but there was no bar soap. The only soap available was in Dove bottles securely affixed in a container high on the wall—great for showering but not when sitting in a tub. When I booked this reservation, My total was quoted as $110.00. When I asked the receptionist, he told me my charges were $122.00, I believe it was. I never did see a receipt, so I really don’t know what my charges were.

Location was perfect for our needs. They accomodated our two dogs without hesitation, even providing a 'dog park' area of grass from them to enjoy. The room was clean and comfortable
Negatives:
We were a bit surprised that there was a charge for parking. Not sure how they expected us to get to the hotel other than by car.

Positives:
We liked the location. Most of the staff were helpful when we asked for assistance. The kitchen and maintenance staff were particularly helpful. The breakfasts offered a good variety of foods. Restaurants were within walking distance.
Negatives:
The rooms were over-priced for what we had for accommodations. We had difficulty managing the temperature of the room, it smelled funky, the hair dryer didn't work, water kept running on the toilet, and on one night we couldn't close the shades on our ground floor room. Although there was plenty of parking, there was a $15 per day fee. We were told that the motel decides the sleeping accommodations. We requested 2 queen-sized beds and got 1 queen and eventually a roll-away.
