Hotel staff were friendly. Gave us suggestion of where to go sight seeing. All though I will say, you didn't have to go far, sitting out on the patio of the hotel was breath taking views of Sedona.

Decent hotel. Not the most up to date, but certainly clean and comfortable. Given the room rate, we had nothing to complain about. We'd certainly recommend it.

Negatives:
This was rated 5 diamond by AAA, I just expected more with a rating like that. The place is very nice, it everything I wanted and more, but for 5 Diamond I would expect indoor pool, a restaurant... The price wasn't outrageous, but a little high for what we got
