Breakfast was a disappointment, poor selection, coffee pot was empty and nobody from the staff was checking if something needed to be replenished.

Room was clean, shower was hot and room was very comfortable. Fireplace was a nice touch. Location while out of the downtown area was in a good location on 89A and it was only a 10 minute drive.
Negatives:
Included breakfast was OK. Bacon would have been a nice add. Not much to walk to in the surrounding area other than a couple of average restaurants (sandwiches, pizza).
