Positives:
Beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the large bathroom with the double sinks and the fact that it was separate from the toilet and bath. Breakfast had a great variety of choices and was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Positives:
Great location just west of the main downtown area. The rooms are darling with southwestern decor and "adobe" gas fireplace in the corner which provided just the right amount of warmth for our room during our late winter stay in March. Free parking.
Negatives:
Breakfast was included, but selection was pretty limited. They did well for such a small property, considering.

First time to Sedona, so learning experience. We liked being able to see the mountains while in bed along with balcony and doors which opened to it. The property is across the parking lot from a wonderful bakery for lunch breakfast and dinner. Next to the bakery is a decent pizza place.
The property is easy to get to and away from the craziness of downtown Sedona but close enough to all the places of interest.
Negatives:
I guess for 300+ dollars a night I was expecting a little more, but honestly, this might be what 300 dollars gets you in Sedona. The grounds are well kept, but near busy road. It feels like it was a motel in the past. The room and bathroom were big with some unique pieces of furniture, but then obscured by older, dated things like uncomfortable dirty couch and chair. The mattress felt cheap and bouncy, carpet is done.
Whoever did the pictures for the web site is an artist. It seems like it the room is due for an update - ? last done in 90’s?
It would have been nice to have a quiet place to sit outside, but the layout of the property doesn’t really have space. The hot tub and pool open to the parking lot.
