Proximity to university. Clean rooms.
I was charged for car parking initially even though I did not have a car. It was later corrected. The person who checked me in was not wearing a mask. The other front desk representatives did however wear masks.
Not 4 Star. Ice machines broken on several floors, ac not working, did not bring fan or move to another room.
Decor was fun and carpet was nice.
We were stuck in the elevator for almost an hour. They didnÂ't put an out of order sign on elevator. Unbelievable! No shower water pressure and only hot water for shower. Room was overly warm and air conditioner couldnÂ't even begin to keep room cool
Very outdated hotel. Needs remodeling
This hotel was top notch. Loved the private balcony.
Everything was perfect.
The nostalgia of the entire hotel as well as the staff was super friendly and helpful
Not one thing . Everything was amazing
Staff stereotyping our room category that didnÂ't meet different room standards for re-accommodations after reporting plumbing issue with sink leaving behind dirty sink residue.
The decor was fine - very boutique.
None of my expectations were met for a 4 star hotel. I had to see a chiropractor after sleeping on the bed. The staff was unprofessional. My room faced frat houses. I was strong armed to pay for parking. Loud noises from engineering kept me awake.
First night in they put us in an ADA room that wasnÂ't ADA compliant. The room had used toilet paper left under the bed, blood and urine stains on the mattress and comforter. A drawer that wouldnÂ't work and lights that didnÂ't work.
Yes, the guy at the front desk almost got our rental towed by giving us the wrong parking info and not giving us a parking pass upon check in. Dirty toilet paper was left, bugs, and blood and urine stains on the bed. Never cleaned by room service.
The balcony in the room.
The first room that was originally assigned to us had a weird crap like smell to it.
I loved it all
Convenient location near ASU. Ample, relatively inexpensive parking nearby. Hotel room was pretty inexpensive, too.
Rooms are small and a bit dated. Other hotels in the chain are nicer and merit four stars; I would put this one at 3 or 3.5. I could hear the elevator through the wall for my entire stay.
Staff was great!
It was not a 4 star hotel!! Seemed very old . Coffee maker didnÂ't work as well as some outlets. No counter space in bathroom or in bedroom. Location was terrible! In my opinion should be labeled a 2 star but not a 4 star
Had a mouse in the room both nights I stayed there
