The staff was quick to help us when we had a scary experience that ruined our special night.
Negatives:
Not the hotel's fault but some other guest(s) tried to kick our door in. Every time I looked out the peephole there was no one there. After the fourth time I called the front desk and they sent someone up. No problems after that but we didn't sleep well.
