Negatives:
Fire alarm went off apx. 1:30 am / elevators still worked, no staff visible for guidance once on lower level. No staff outside to let us know if it’s a real emergency or fire! People went back in and some people stand outside, some used the elevator. It made for along morning and not rested by breakfast time.

I like the kitchenette aspect as I as there for a week when I come. The breakfast covers a wide variety of tastes. .
The staff was very friendly. Beds and pillows great.
Negatives:
My room was just a frontage road away from the highway, so there was traffic noise even at night .
I was there for a week and not once did a maid check with me to see if I needed any supplies. I didn't daily maid service \, but it would have been nice to know how to discard the trash or how to get some clean towels, etc.
