It was clean
Negatives:
The fact that they let my dog out when I was not there. I already told them “do not go in my room I will not be home”. Never said sorry or accommodating me. Then yelled at me in front of other customers. Tell me and kicking me out of my room. To find out it was again their machine was down and it was not my card. Besides all that the stay was good.

It was very dirty. Room was not cleaned acceptable. Had to ask for additional towels I’ve machine on floor 2 not enough eking. Breakfast items not restocked timely.

Faucet did not work in shower. No hot water. Notified staff and it was not addressed. Cannot reach management with a call or email. Left messages that were never returned.
