Positives: The room was dirty. Hair in the floor. Turn the water on and ur standing in ur own water from taking a shower. The over night staff was lazy. I asked for a blanket and the Front desk guy said it was to bring and had an elderly lady bring it to me. I guess he couldn’t get up from his chair.

Negatives: The exterior of the property was not clean and unkempt. I complained multiple times of 3 huge trash bags outside of my door that was emitting a very foul order, especially in the heat. They bags were still there when I checked out 3 days later. I wasn’t able to book another room at another hotel due to the playoff game. In addition I booked a shuttle a day in advance and the night staff that failed to make the reservation.
