Location to ASU was nice $8-10 uber

Let’s start with nobody was there at 430pm when I arrived to check in so we couldn’t shower before going out after 7 hour drive from LA, once we came back around 1130pm, again nobody around I had to wait another 5 mins, my sons bed was clean but had dirty sheets, the toilet bowl was clean but under the toilet seat it was dirty could’ve been urine ? It was yellow pretty nasty, the room didn’t even have a soap bar ? Is that normal for Motel 6 ?……. Let’s chat about the night life….. lots of drug users standing around the property I’m 6”2 and 230lbs pretty fit so is my son I was scared for my life on our 2nd night once we got back to motel 6 around 1a lots of criminal activity going on including 2 really scary men sitting on the stairs and wouldn’t move when I was trying to go my room……

There was no ice machine and I was told to get it next door at circle k. Also there was no mini fridge which ruined my eating plans, only the square space where one was before

Fairly convenient if using the bus system a stop available in front of the Arby's next door. There is also a Circle k next door on the other side that was convenient for drinks and snacks.

The bed was not comfortable and mid day the room got unreasonably hot even with the ac working overtime.

Submitted a request to check for bugs after my seeing my mom wake up with red skin from the first and last night there and haven't heard back from them. Not even a refund. I couldn't sleep comfortably as well.

Upon checking in front desk clerk was rude. I rented two rooms and one of them had roaches. Moved us to a different room and one had a refrigerator and the other one didn’t. When I asked front desk why one did and one didn’t he said that if I had a problem with it he could just refund me and I can go somewhere else. Very rude.

I will never stay there again and will definitely not recommend it to anyone.
