Motel 6-Tempe AZ - Broadway - ASU

Negatives: Couldn't get the room I rented ended up getting a two bed room was told they would give us the room would be free but got charged for it will never rent from a motel 6 again.

Negatives: We were there for 4 days and we didn't have a working TV nor a Refrigerator during our whole stay. We were there for the Aloha Festival, and had food every night but they were spoiled by morning.

Negatives: After seeing my room sheets weren’t changed , hair all over the bed , was just remade . Shower wasn’t clean old soap still there ! Very disappointing place I’ve stayed at . Never again !

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: Upon entering the room, I was immediately put off by the fact that it looked like it hadn't been swept. I found some workers outside that had a broom and I swept it myself. The strong aroma of cleaning chemicals was also a negative. That aroma didn't last, as by returning for night 3 (of 4) I could smell the mold and mildew they were trying to cover up. THIS was strong, but fortunately I had some essential oils in my car try to mask it (a bit). The bathroom was so gross that I wouldn't go in unless I had shoes on. Luckily I had sandals with me I could wear in the shower. The bathroom sink seemed to be be coming loose from the wall (evidence of former repair) to the point where anytime I turned the water on (even the faucet was crooked) the water would splash and spray all over me and the floor. This also caused it to not drain properly, adding to the foul aromas. The bed was a FULL, not a queen as advertised. The metal frame creaked and banged every time I rolled over in the night or got out of it. "We'll leave the light on for you". HA! even the light out front was out, so I passed it the first time arriving. Photos must have been taken when the hotel was brand new.

Negatives: Just about everything. Dirty and poorly maintained.

Negatives: When I booked my room, there was no information stating that the hotel was going to be under renovation. I was pleased with the location and felt that the price I was quoted on Booking (~$200) to be a fair price for the 2 nights I would be staying there. (I chose to pay when I arrived.) When I arrived, I could tell that there were a couple rooms being renovated. The office area was dismal. The receptionist confirmed that I had booked my room with Booking.com and had not paid yet. She asked if she could then charge my card $78 for my stay. I agreed. My room looked like it was in the middle of being renovated and definitely reflected that $78. Basically nothing more than a bed and a bare desk. No end table. No clock. No hair dryer. No colorful bedspread like shown in pictures. Bare walls. The bathroom door was larger than the framing and wouldn't close. No hanging rods and I couldn't hang up a jacket. Wooden chair that looked in poor condition. The shower water pressure was terrible. Definitely not the room that I had been lead to believe that I booked but when I was thinking that I had just ok'd the $78 charge for the two nights, I was fine with it. But then I saw my credit card account. They Charged Me The Full ~$205.29!!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE! The receptionist said she was charging me $78. This motel is NOT worth $205 at all. TERRIBLE!!!
