Someone, possibly someone who wasn't staying at the hotel, woke us up around 1 am talking loudly and walking the passages on the second floor. He seemed to be unhinged. It ruined the night's sleep.

The room was hot. The AC did not work properly. Wasn’t able to cook was not compatible with the Stove I was by the street so I can hear the traffic that was loud Was not able to see a manager to make my complaint

This hotel location was great. 5 minute drive to the Phoenix Zoo. Thirty minute drive to arizona game and fish expo, which happens in March . The staff were very nice. All the facilities were clean. Our room was very clean. The parking lot was very well lit and safe for vehicles to park. The free complimentary breakfast in the morning was very great and convenient.
