Located very centrally in Tempe, right next to some ASU buildings. Right next to it is the party mile, but I couldn't hear anything from my room. The room itself was nicely appointed.
I got quite a few vouchers when checking in - the food credits nicely covered breakfast.
Negatives:
breakfast was a la carte and took quite some time between ordering and getting food
