The efficient kitchen with full fridge + two burner stove was great [why I rented here.]
Negatives:
Hairs and dust in the bathroom and on the desk. Smelled like the room had been smoked in so I had to buy a can of air freshener. Yellowish stains on the ceiling. Toilet would run unless you jiggled the handle.

Be aware that the pool is not heated, and the bottom of the pool is brown from dust/dirt. We only went in down two stairs. Was refreshing in the heat, but we wouldnt go in any deeper.
