Scheduled a shuttle. At 6:30 am departure time, they informed us that there was no shuttle since there was no driver. No notification prior. We were told to book an Uber ourselves which would then arrive 30 minutes later. I would hope that other guests do not have this happen.

I liked the black lady working daytime front desk and the front desk manager. She was sweet and did anything in her power to rectify all the bad that had happened to me. The rooms were lovely.
Negatives:
All Staff except the front desk manager and a beautiful black daytime staff woman o liked. The nighttime lady was like a machina. Impersonal and not welcoming. The woman working in the restaurant was absolutely horrible!!! She hates people. She was rude, unfriendly and scary. She should not be working in this profession. A very awful person. Also it would have been professional to have let us costumers know that the hotel was under construction. If I had known I would never have booked with this hotel. The highlight to awfulness, was when I called to inform the hotel about my late checkin. I felt like a criminal being questioned and having to repeat everything 3 times. NO Guest service, no making customer feel special. Just bashing with security questions

Positives:
Nice clean room. The bed was ok, comfort wise, but it was way too small. Nice large bathroom and TV.
Negatives:
You really need to replace your DOUBLE beds with at least QUEEN size beds. I was sick, and having my hubby lay on me while I was sleeping did not help! Please ditch the double beds and get queen size beds to replace them all!

Much of the hotel was under construction. Requested pool view room upgrade, so could see if daughter's soccer team at pool,which would be $60 for 3 day stay. Told none available. Confirmed with front desk that I would not be charged the extra $60. They stated, "No". Charged the $60. I'm trying to get a response from Wyndham on reimbursement fir the $60, one month later

They had overbooked the hotel, canceled my reservation, and then sent me to another hotel that was overbooked without calling the hotel. Then they didn't help me find another hotel to stay.I was left on my own to find somewhere to stay for my birthday weekend...
