Positives:
Close to airport, although still not a safe area at night. Cookies, bottled water always available. Staff pretty friendly.
Negatives:
We were put into a room next to the housekeeping department. Noises ALL the time. Kept my husband upset and he could not sleep. Was an accessible room, not the greatest one. I had paid fully in advance for room, sounds coming out was unexcusable.

It was close to the airport which is why I chose it; and the shuttle service was excellent.

location: is not great when you go for shopping, but I select that location. also toilet was not working properly (room 326), no major issues, but was not working as should be

We have stayed here before and like it. It is clean, the staff are very nice especially the weekend breakfast lady. She is always happy. The pass out cookies and water when you arrive.
Our room was a suite which my husband really liked. Bed was comfortable (I have a really bad back) had fridge and microwave.
Breakfast is nice. Hot and cold items and plenty of variety. Real good coffee.
We live in Tucson and this is our choice for a little staycation.
