Positives:
Located about three miles from Tucson airport, and less than ten minutes off Interstate10, this hotel perfectly suited my needs. I paid £316 for four nights bed and breakfast and was delighted by the staff, the facilities, the room and the location. I was warmly welcomed at reception and given a large room with a desk for working, wardrobe, iron, ironing board, fridge, large comfy double bed, large flat screen TV, free fast wi-fi and a bathroom with a bath and shower. Also an easy chair and small coffee table together with a coffee maker machine. Breakfast was the usual mix of bread for toast, bagels, cereals, juice, coffee and also a limited hot breakfast of eggs, omelettes etc. The hotel had a laundrette ($1 to wash and 75 cents to dry) and a small but pleasant swimming pool with sun loungers. It was in shade in the afternoon, but it was so hot that you were glad of it! Free parking and plenty of space right outside the entrance. I felt this was good value and a great place to stay. It was ten minutes to the Pima air and space museum – and that was the reason I chose it.

When I went in to pay for the room the lady clerk said my car was declined so I had to d rive all the way back to Tucson to check my phone. I didn't have any notifications. I had to hurry back room because they were going to cancel my reservation at 7 pm. When I get back they seemed to have an attitude no apology not a word about it. Rude
