Negatives:
Elevator was too far away and it was outdoors. Hidden in a very tight corner; took me 20 minutes of walking around to try and find it! A lot of twists and tight turns to even get into the elevator.
The air conditioner was set to “freezing”, couldn’t adjust it or turn it off, had to put pillows on top of it to block some of the cold air. Phone in room didn’t work; had to use my cellphone to call the front desk, and then the front desk clerk never called me back, I had to call him again.

The hotel was in a nice area. Parking was good. The room was large. Pool was clean.
Negatives:
The staff seemed terribly inconvenienced by our check in and check out. The pillows are AWFUL.

My room was not cleaned, i made my bed, took out my trash, found a used bath towel in the bathroom. I asked for room cleaning help on day two of my stay in vain.

It was fair.
Positives:
Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located right by the Tucson Airport. My friend and I ate in the restaurant twice during our stay. The meals were good and our waiter Leroy was awesome. He gave us good service and had a great sense of humor. We would definitely stay here again.
Negatives:
The photos of the pool and hot tub were a little misleading. Didn't look like the same relaxing oasis in person. I was hoping for a nicer set up outside. Hot tub switch wasn't working and it had some exposed wiring.

The bartender was great! I would give them a 10/10 if it wasn't for the whiny employee.
Negatives:
There was an employee getting very loud talking to a co-worker about how the manager is screwing him out of hours, and how bad the hotel was to work for. This took place at the front desk while I was checking in. Not a good first impression.
