Hotel was way below standard with water stains/ceiling bubbling like it was ready to fall. Blood (looked like blood) stains on wall - small like someone cut finger and wiped on wall, tub handles very loose and not sitting flush with wall, carpet dirty

There were no hand towels , no washclothes , no bottom sheet on the bed just a mattress pad ,the phone didn't even have a dial tone.

There was not much at all I liked about this hotel.
Negatives:
I did not like the way I was treated by the staff, mostly the asst manager who accused me of smoking in the room because they did not want to address the mouse issue I had in the room. My full deposit was returned so the smoking accusation was false.
Positives:
Beds were clean. Bathroom smelled of bleach. Parking was convenient. Easy access to roads, freeway.
Negatives:
there were 2 piles of black hair on the otherwise clean tile floors. Walls were marked and stained, pretty gross. Bathroom door chewed up by dog & not repaired. grounds unkempt paper,cigarette butts everywhere & pool was in disrepair & had no lighting
