Positives: The living area is much nicer than the one we had before; there’s actually furniture that’s not decrepit. The pool area was nice, especially the saltwater pool. Beds comfortable as they were last time
Negatives: There are holes in the blackout draperies, the floor lamp in the corner of the bedroom was unplugged, turned around backward making the switch almost impossible to locate. Also, the shade is ripped up and it’s very dusty. The tiny freezer is loaded with frost, making the usable space even tinier. There’s no light in the fridge. This wouldn’t be an issue if it wasn’t located in a dark cabinet in an area with poor lighting. The microwave was unplugged just like last time. We had to plug it in AND set the clock to get it to work, just like last time. The bedroom clock is unplugged. No way were we going to pull the bed from the wall and root around searching for an outlet. Only ONE teeny-tiny wastebasket, in the bathroom, for a large suite with 2 double beds, a fridge, microwave, safe, a closet and a wardrobe, a living area with a couch and a second TV, and a bath with a tub. ONE. Very tiny. The harp on the bedside lampshade is too tall, causing the very bright light bulbs to protrude below. They reflect on the television screen across the room, which makes viewing the picture very difficult. We received a nice text on our first day welcoming us and asking if we needed anything. We responded with a couple of requests. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED.

Positives: Excellent facility with spacious, tasteful lobby. Very impressive breakfast with exceptionally attentive staff and plenty of seating in the dining area and extending into the atrium. Executive rooms were spacious and comfortable with room to work and relax. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again.
Negatives: Only complaint was the curtain by the front door had about a 4-inch gap when closed, not providing privacy from passersby in the hallway - had to hook it on the doorknob to cover the gap. Otherwise, high ratings for this facility.

Negatives: I wasn't checked in properly the night and I was not asked to pay for my stay. This was the fault of the staff on duty. Then I was overcharged with a late fee. I questioned the transactions on my banking app and was issued a refund. I was told there wouldn't be any more charges to my card. While I was there a charge came up on my card as 'in progress'. I froze my card and it reverted. I showed it to the staff at reception and they said nothing was showing on their side but if it completed they would refund the money. I was also told that my card details would be taken off the hotel system to make sure no more charges would occur. After I checked out and in Dallas airport a charge for $649.18 was taken from my card. I rang the hotel twice. Then I received an email saying they wanted my full bank statement. I said no to sending them my bank statement as I thought it was unethical and it had too much personal information on it. I sent them the authorisation code the bank gave me, the date of the transaction and the last 4 digits of the card. I've emailed them twice and they have not come back to me. I have also emailed another contact that I got through a social media reply and I've had no response there either after being told the matter would be looked into. I wouldn't be comfortable staying in any of their hotels again. My card details should have been removed properly, the hotel should not need to request a bank statement. The information I gave them ( authorisation code, date of transaction and card details) from my bank should have been enough for the accounts department to trace the transaction. It's also very bad customer service to ignore emails to try and get this issue resolved. I have been in touch with my bank who told me I was right not to send my bank statement and I have filed a transaction dispute with them. I would not recommend staying here.
